Artificial intelligence models: To provide the budget generation service, the content of your conversations and any images you upload are processed by the Google Gemini API. Google acts as a data processor under ObraMaestra's instructions.

Image Analysis with Artificial Intelligence

ObraMaestra allows users to upload images (photos of notes, technical sheets, blueprints, etc.) for AI analysis. By using this feature, you consent to:

Images you upload being sent to the Google Gemini API for processing
Google may use this data in accordance with their own API privacy policies
ObraMaestra does not permanently store images on our servers; they are processed in transit and discarded
You should not upload images containing sensitive information such as credit card numbers, passwords, full identity documents, or other highly confidential information

International Data Transfers

ObraMaestra is incorporated in Chile. When you use our services from outside Chile, your information may be transferred to and processed in Chile or other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States and the European Union).
