Welcome to ObraMaestra. By accessing or using the services of ObraMaestra.ai ("ObraMaestra", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ObraMaestra.ai, a company incorporated under the laws of Chile. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through our services or via email. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
ObraMaestra provides an AI-powered platform for contractors and construction professionals to generate professional project budgets and cost quotes. Our services include:
To use ObraMaestra, you must create an account providing accurate, complete, and current information including your name and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
ObraMaestra is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
By using ObraMaestra, you agree not to:
ObraMaestra and its affiliates own all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acquire no ownership rights by using the services.
Budgets and documents generated through ObraMaestra are your property. However, ObraMaestra may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our AI models and services.
By uploading images to ObraMaestra, you grant us a limited license to process those images solely for the purpose of providing the service. Images are processed by third-party AI models (Google Gemini) and are not stored permanently.
ObraMaestra offers a free plan with limited functionality and paid plans with expanded features. Plan details are available on our pricing page.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize ObraMaestra (or our authorized payment processor) to charge the applicable fee on the selected billing frequency. Prices are displayed in your local currency. Charges are recurring until you cancel your subscription.
For international payments, ObraMaestra uses Paddle as its authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, VAT, and local tax compliance on our behalf.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". OBRAMAESTRA MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ObraMaestra does not guarantee that material prices displayed on the platform are accurate at all times. Prices are references only and may vary. AI-generated budgets are quotes and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before use in actual construction projects.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBRAMAESTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
ObraMaestra's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the services shall not exceed the greater of USD $5.00 or the total amounts you have paid to ObraMaestra in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or use of the services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Santiago, Chile.
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication for a minimum period of 30 days.
ObraMaestra may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at contacto@obramaestra.ai.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. ObraMaestra's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ObraMaestra with respect to use of the services and supersede any prior agreements.
