Refund Policy

Overview

ObraMaestra.ai ("ObraMaestra", "we", or "our") offers a subscription-based Pro plan that gives contractors and construction professionals access to advanced AI-powered budgeting features. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our service.

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for ObraMaestra subscriptions.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your ObraMaestra Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To qualify:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • The refund applies to the first billing period only. Subsequent renewal charges are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
  • The guarantee is available once per customer account.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at contacto@obramaestra.ai with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Subscription Renewals

ObraMaestra Pro is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Paddle) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at contacto@obramaestra.ai.

Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

Outside of the 7-day guarantee, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our end
  • Charges made after a documented cancellation request that was submitted prior to the renewal date
  • Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) that significantly impaired your use of the platform

Each request is reviewed individually. We are not obligated to issue refunds outside of the 7-day guarantee window, but we will always try to be fair.

Free Plan

ObraMaestra offers a free plan with no payment required. No refunds are applicable to free plan usage since no charges are made.

Payment Processing

For subscribers outside of Chile, payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Refunds approved by ObraMaestra will be processed through Paddle and credited to your original payment method.

For subscribers in Chile, payments are processed by Flow.cl. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method in accordance with Flow's refund procedures.

Refund processing times vary by payment method and financial institution, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

  • The date of purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We will respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Changes to This Policy

ObraMaestra may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our platform or by email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
