ObraMaestra.ai ("ObraMaestra", "we", or "our") offers a subscription-based Pro plan that gives contractors and construction professionals access to advanced AI-powered budgeting features. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind the quality of our service.
This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for ObraMaestra subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your ObraMaestra Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To qualify:

ObraMaestra Pro is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Paddle) to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for a renewal, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time by contacting us at contacto@obramaestra.ai.
Cancellation stops future charges. Your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Outside of the 7-day guarantee, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including:
Each request is reviewed individually. We are not obligated to issue refunds outside of the 7-day guarantee window, but we will always try to be fair.
ObraMaestra offers a free plan with no payment required. No refunds are applicable to free plan usage since no charges are made.
For subscribers outside of Chile, payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Refunds approved by ObraMaestra will be processed through Paddle and credited to your original payment method.
For subscribers in Chile, payments are processed by Flow.cl. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method in accordance with Flow's refund procedures.
Refund processing times vary by payment method and financial institution, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
